All our tours are private, please let us know your interests & we will do our best to include them on your tour.

We can certainly look at re-schedulling your tour if possible. A full list of our Booking Terms and Conditions are on the Booking Form that you will be asked to complete.
We strongly recommend that you have sufficient travel insurance to cover all eventualities of your trip (this includes domestic Australian travellers)

Going off the beaten track does not mean you have to be a prolific hiker! Participants need to be fairly fit, able to walk 3km unaided, and climb in and out of the vehicle
We are unable to offer wheelchair access at this stage.

Our top of the range Kia Carnival takes up to 7 passengers in comfort and luxury with leather seats, easy access sliding back doors, USB ports for each passenger, and climate control air conditioning.
Onboard is a camping fridge, everything we need for our picnic, water, first aid kit, hand sanitiser, insect repellent, sun block, information books and maps.

Most tours depart from either the Busselton or Margaret River Visitor Centre, with options to pick up from your accommodation depending on location. For more information on personalised pickup options, please get in contact foragesafaris@gmail.com
Our Sunset Picnic Tour and Taste the South West tours depart from Busselton or Dunsborough only.

We will do our best to cater to dietary requirements with sufficient notice
Any medical conditions need to be notified and passengers need to carry their own emergency treatment with them at all times ie asthma inhaler

While some of our wine tasting tours are adult only, our popular Half Day Tour is best suited for the whole family to enjoy.
PLEASE NOTE that children 0-7 yrs must be appropriately restrained when travelling as a passenger in a vehicle. If you are unable to provide a car seat, we can hire one on your behalf and have it fitted and ready for your tour. This is an additional cost to the tour, on request. A minimum 48 hours notice is required.

Yes! This is a forage safari after all and there is nothing like returning from your adventure with goodies! We certainly encourage shopping and supporting local. There is plenty of space in the car to carry your purchases including a fridge onboard to carry any perishables.
At most wineries, cases of wine can be arranged to be shipped back to your home address.
All tours are bespoke and change with the seasons - what you need to wear and bring and do will change accordingly. You will receive a confirmation email within a week of your tour date to advise of what to bring along with the latest weather update expected for your tour. We look forward to seeing you on your South West food and farm tour!
