What are the cancellation fees if I have to cancel or postpone my tour?
If you are affected by COVID in any way, either sick or locked down or sudden border closure, we will refund your money or rebook your tour at no loss to you.
A full list of our Booking Terms and Conditions are on the Booking Form that you will be asked to complete.
We strongly recommend that you have sufficient travel insurance to cover all eventualities of your trip (this includes domestic Australian travellers)
What is included in the tour cost?

What fitness level do I need to have to go on tour?
Going off the beaten track does not mean you have to be a prolific hiker! Participants need to be fairly fit, able to walk 3km and climb in and out of the vehicle
We are unable to offer wheelchair access
What vehicle will I be travelling in?
Our top of the range Kia Carnival takes up to 7 passengers in comfort and luxury with leather seats, easy access sliding back doors, USB ports for each passenger, and climate control air conditioning.
Onboard is a camping fridge, everything we need for our picnic, water, first aid kit, hand sanitiser, insect repellent, sun block, information books and maps.
Where do the tours depart from?
Most tours depart from either the Busselton or Margaret River Visitor Centre, with options to pick up from your accommodation depending on location. For more information on personalised pickup options, please get in contact hello@foragesafaris.com.au
Our Sunset Picnic Tour and Taste the South West tours depart from Busselton or Dunsborough only.
Do you accommodate dietary or medical requirements?
Yes, please advise us in advance of any requirements on our comprehensive booking form.
We will do our best to cater to dietary requirements with sufficient notice
Any medical conditions need to be notified and passengers need to carry their own emergency treatment with them at all times ie asthma inhaler
Are the tours child friendly?
While some of our wine tasting tours are adult only, our popular Back Roads Tours is best suited for the whole family to enjoy.

Can I buy local produce on tour?
Yes! This is a forage safari after all and there is nothing like returning from your adventure with goodies! We certainly encourage shopping and supporting local. There is plenty of space in the car to carry your purchases including a fridge onboard to carry any perishables.
