Indulge in the Flavours of Italy on a culinary day experience, right here in Margaret River

What happens when 3 passionate women with a shared love for Italian food come together to create something unique for you to enjoy in the Margaret River region? The "FLAVOURS OF ITALY" experience!

This is an epicurean day escape which combines a Tuscan-themed cooking school with an immersive lesson on wine & food pairing. To top it all off, we're serving local Margaret River wines made with Italian varietals. Think Fiano, Pinot Grigio, Vermentino, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo..

The day includes hotel pick up and drop off (excluding Margaret River town), breakfast, all day coffee tea, five course cooking school with lunch, wine lesson and pairing.

This package is brought to you by Jan at Forage Safaris, with Chef Sioban Sargent from Wildwood Valley Cottages + Cooking School Yallingup helping you make four delicious courses, and Leah Clearwater from the Margaret River Wine Academy teaching the finer points on achieving a perfect pairing with wine and food while you savour your long-table lunch. hat do you get when three passionate
